Emma-Klara sings at Le Carmen

Under the gilded ceilings and embossed marble of Le Carmen, hotel particulier South of the brashy neon-lights of Pigalle, Emma-Klara Sandberg (and François Chatal on the piano) practice their performance before the launch party of the 11th issue of Her Royal Majesty (1 November 2011).

This beautiful Swedish singer in pearls and polka-dots has a voice that soars and sears and a stirring sense of melody. Emma-Klara is part of Le Son du Metro, a collection of Parisian buskers – the record will be out in the new year.
